1. Minimum order quantities
Our minimum is 100 pieces per style, and the factory is built for runs of 100–5,000 pieces per style. A six-style first drop can therefore start at around 600 pieces.
2. Sampling: time and cost
Standard styles take 5–7 working days to sample. With custom prints, embroidery or fabric sourced to your specification, allow around 10 working days for prototypes. Sampling starts at €28 per style for the base pattern and muslin fit samples. Custom printing and embroidery cost extra. For example, a Paris-based womenswear label paid €45 per sample, with printing and embroidery included.

3. Bulk production and payment
Bulk shipment is ready 4–5 weeks after the sample is approved. Payment terms are 50% in advance and 50% before dispatch. We agree every deadline with you in writing before work starts, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share designs.
4. Full-package or CMT
Fabrics we source include cotton and cotton blends, viscose and rayon, chambray and poplin, linen and linen blends, satins, crepes, and dobby and jacquard weaves. OEKO-TEX certified options are available on request.
- •Full-package: we source the fabric, then cut, sew, finish, check and pack. This suits brands that don't want to manage mills and shipping fabric to India.
- •CMT (cut, make, trim): you supply the fabric and we handle production.
5. How quality is checked
Every order goes through seven quality checkpoints, from size-set approval to an AQL 2.5 final inspection before dispatch. Garments are individually polybag-packed and shelf-ready.
6. Import duties and the India–EU trade deal
Most garments imported from India into the EU currently pay customs duty of up to 12%, depending on the product code. India and the EU concluded a free trade agreement on 27 January 2026, and India's Ministry of Textiles says EU duties on Indian textiles and apparel will be removed from the day it enters into force. As of September 2026 the agreement has not yet been signed: the European Commission has proposed it for signature, after which it needs approval by the Council and the European Parliament, and ratification by India. 7. Checklist before you choose a manufacturer
- Close-up photos of real construction: plackets, pockets, hems
- Their quality checkpoints, and who signs off the final inspection
- Deadlines agreed in writing before sampling
- An NDA if your designs are unreleased
- Clear payment terms
- Compliance status (ours: social compliance audit and GOTS certification in preparation)
