    From the floor

    A swimwear brand wanted modest swimwear that could convert between a skirt and a swimsuit. We engineered the conversion with zippers and delivered their first prototype. We have also produced summer dresses for brands in Germany and France.

    MOQ

    100 pieces per style; built for runs of 100–5,000 pieces per style.

    Sampling

    5–7 working days, with up to three corrections before bulk.

    Bulk lead time

    Bulk shipment in 4–5 weeks from the approved sample.

    Production route

    Full-package with fabric sourced by us, or CMT with client-supplied fabric.

    Sampling starts with brief and tech pack review, followed by a base pattern, a fit sample in muslin and up to three corrections before bulk. Pattern making, cutting, stitching, finishing, QC and packing are all in-house. Seven-stage quality control runs from size-set approval to AQL 2.5 final inspection before dispatch.
